Federal Parking is one of the few American-owned companies that is actively involved in the international parking management, development and asset management business in developed and emerging markets.

Affiliates of Federal have extensive asset management experience in Europe, Asia, and Africa. Many eastern European and former USSR communities, as well as western European countries, have significant parking challenges due to insufficient parking structures in metropolitan areas resulting from centuries-old inner city infrastructure. Additionally, many high growth cities in Asia and the Middle East also require structured garages and surface parking lots to assist in easing traffic flow.

With emerging markets leading global economic growth in the past decade, there are significant opportunities to provide organized traffic solutions and managed parking facilities where unprecedented growth has placed significant strains on the current infrastructure in these markets.
